Who is this course for?

This course is for people of all levels, from beginners to experienced athletes, who want to recover from knee pain and return to running and other higher level activities safely and confidently without pain!

Do I need any prior running experience to take this course?


No, this course is designed for anyone recovering from knee pain, whether you're new to running or a seasoned runner getting back into it. Your goal doesn't even have to be to return to running! This will prepare you for higher level activities like hiking, cycling, skiiing, you name it!

What equipment do I need for the workouts?

You’ll need access to basic equipment like resistance bands, light weights, and a bench (which can be replaced with a chair, couch, ottoman, box or step. Gym access is optional and can be helpful for some exercises but not required!

How long will the course take to complete?

The course is designed to be completed over at least 3 months, with progressive workouts that align with each phase of recovery, but you can take as long as you feel your body needs to get the results you are looking to achieve! Allow your body the time it needs to heal!

Can I access the course if I live outside the U.S.?

Yes! The course is fully online and accessible worldwide through my app.

Can I take this course if I’m recovering from surgery?

Yes, but make sure you’ve received clearance from your doctor or physical therapist to begin an exercise program like this.

What if I experience pain during the workouts?

If you feel pain while doing any exercise, stop immediately and consult a healthcare professional. Modify the exercises or take a break as needed.
