What’s included in the membership?

When you join, you get full access to every course I’ve created. Who is this membership for?

This membership is for anyone looking to improve strength, mobility, and confidence with a structured plan to guide their progress. While many people join with knee concerns, the programs are designed to help you build strength, stability, and confidence throughout your entire body.

What equipment do I need for the workouts?

You’ll need access to basic equipment like resistance bands, light weights, and a bench (which can be replaced with a chair, couch, ottoman, box or step. Gym access is optional and can be helpful for some exercises but not required!

How long will the programs take to complete?

Signature programs take 45-60 minutes. There will be shorter programs that will take 15-20 minutes to complete as well.

Can I access this membership if I live outside the U.S.?

Yes! The course is fully online and accessible worldwide through my app.

Can I join this membership if I’m recovering from surgery?

Yes, but make sure you’ve received clearance from your doctor or physical therapist to begin any exercise program inside my membership

Can I cancel my membership anytime?

Yes. You can cancel your membership at any time and you won’t be billed again after your current billing period ends

Do I get access to Claire if I have questions?
