I've been where you are.

At 21 years old, I had already had five knee surgeries. By my early 20s, everyday movements felt different. Walking, climbing stairs, squatting. Things I used to do without thinking suddenly required negotiation.

FAQ's

Will this work for my specific issue?

This is the most common question I get, and it's a fair one. The programs are built to address a wide range of conditions across every major body part. More importantly, you have direct access to me. If you're unsure which program fits your situation, just ask and I'll point you in the right direction.

How is this different from just watching YouTube videos?

YouTube gives you random exercises with no structure, no progression, and no one to ask when something doesn't feel right. The Resilient Body Club gives you a complete program with a clear pathway, built-in progression, and a licensed DPT available to guide you through it.

Do I need equipment?

Basic resistance bands and light weights are helpful. A chair, couch, or step can substitute for a bench. Gym access is optional, most people do my programs from home!

Can I join if I've recently had surgery?

Yes, but please make sure you have clearance from your doctor or PT before beginning any exercise program. Once you're cleared, the membership is a great place to build from.

Can I cancel anytime?
